Here's the amazing hotel in Dubai.
I've been there (2008) for 1 night and it really amaze me. Dubai is the richest city in the world I think.
To eat the buffet there, we need to pay $300 per person.

Yes there are amazing hotels in Dubai, I have heard that there are hotels Under the Sea, is that correct.
